In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, including installing and repairing aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable, placing and relocating poles and lines, and maintaining efficient operation of customer facilities. You will set up safety perimeters, review project plans and specifications, direct on‑site crew activities, complete required documentation, and coordinate schedules and deliveries.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in telecommunications construction, with knowledge of coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and aerial/underground work. Safety certifications such as OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging are required, along with the ability to operate a bucket truck, lift 70 lb, climb up to 35 ft, and read work orders and cable prints. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills are essential.
