Kastle Operations Center (OC) Operators respond to alarm activations, place outbound calls to inform clients of security events, monitor and analyze video for incidents, and assist with building and elevator access security. They also support special projects and perform administrative functions, providing professional, accurate, and efficient service to clients. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Collaborate with IT, Client Services, Project Management, Service, and Remote Video Monitoring teams.
Process all incoming contacts through the in‑house system and phones accurately and efficiently.
Obtain and record all pertinent request information.
Initiate data update requests for incorrect customer or system data.
Process temporary "special admit" clearances for clients and guests.
Handle building arm, Installation & Services, and Field Service Representative requests.
Communicate with other departments to resolve client issues.
Respond to building emergency calls, including police dispatch, elevator, and fire emergencies.
Maintain a clean and properly maintained Operations Center work station.
Complete special projects and duties assigned by Shift Managers.
Interact with technical personnel such as Installation, Service, and Systems Support as needed.

Prior customer service and/or security experience.
NTX and Alarmist qualifications are a plus.
Multilingual ability is a plus.

Basic troubleshooting and data analysis capabilities.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and pressure‑handling skills.
Good typing skills and ability to operate standard computer terminals.
Ability to perform detailed, time‑sensitive work in a call‑center environment.
