Assist with collection of delinquent rents.
Provide administrative support including preparation of notices and other resident correspondence.
Frequently required to stand and move; use hands to grasp, squeeze, finger, handle, and feel; reach, push, and pull with hands and arms; occasionally required to twist; reach overhead; stoop, kneel, squat, bend, and crouch.
Generate work orders as required.
Assist in overseeing Tenant Services, Property Administration, Payables and Office Administration.
Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide process improvements that proactively enhance the customer experience.
Maintain an orderly office area, including proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence.
Occasionally lift, carry, and move up to 10 pounds.
Answer incoming calls on multi-line telephones and referring inquiries.
