Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing and mentoring junior staff, building client relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and overseeing quality assurance systems. The consultant will strategically delegate tasks, update management on progress, contribute to proposal development, represent the company at industry events, register projects, process invoices, and expand energy statements to meet client and regulatory requirements, while applying advanced technical expertise and using industry‑standard software for modeling and assessments.
The position is a hybrid remote role based in Ireland, requiring attendance at the Dublin office as scheduled. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a sustainability engineer or consultant, a degree in a related field (desirable), and be progressing toward Chartered Engineer status. Strong technical knowledge of sustainability, building services, current regulations, and familiarity with LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and HPI, along with high‑level project management, QA, and junior staff management skills, are essential.
