The Maintenance Technician supports property maintenance processes, handling corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work, and assists with the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and an understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
The role requires regular physical activity, including climbing ladders, lifting objects over 100 lb, working in confined spaces, and being on‑call for emergencies, with occasional overtime, weekends and night shifts. Reliable transportation is also required.
