Shovel asphalt into holes in the surface and/or areas where the paving machine cannot access. Provide excellent internal customer service. Exceeds internal customers’ expectations of services. Follow all safety, compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards.
Responsible for setting the depth and width of the asphalt. It is a critical part of the road-building process, as the depth must be exact to the specifications.

Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and working in all weather conditions
Willingness to work flexible hoursSuccessful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

Must be able to work overtime, nights, weekends, and/or early starts (irregular hours) as necessary
