Description

• Support and mentor junior engineers, helping build technical skills and confidence.
• Review design calculations and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct structural assessments and inspections of existing bridges.
• Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead bridge design efforts, ensuring quality, safety, and innovation throughout each phase.

Requirements

*Must be authorized to work in the United States of America

• Proven leadership experience, including managing project teams and mentoring others.
• Solid understanding of design standards and engineering principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• PE license is a strong plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in bridge engineering with a strong record of successful project delivery.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and navigating project requirements.
