The Finance Systems Manager drives part of the Finance IT roadmap on behalf of the Head of Finance Systems. The role oversees functional R2R process design for finance systems such as SAP‑FICO, standardizes financial master data, and ensures governance of system changes and projects. It also guarantees IFRS and SCOA compliance, and embeds the finance system process design throughout the organization through knowledge transfer.

Manage financial R2R processes in finance systems, ensuring alignment with GPDs.

Initiate and support R2R system changes, conduct fit/gap workshops, and oversee UAT.
Review and approve R2R change requests impacting functional design.
Lead continuous improvement of R2R system processes and related interfaces.
Approve financial master‑data configuration changes across systems.
Translate SCOA, IFRS, organizational and business changes into system requirements.
Identify training needs and develop train‑the‑trainer programs for finance system users.
Optimize, standardize, and harmonize system settings for R2R closing.
Implement tools to automate transactions, reconciliations, and clearing.
Proactively challenge assumptions and ask critical questions.

Possess advanced knowledge of IFRS, accounting, and financial reporting.
Expert in SAP FI; familiarity with additional SAP financial modules preferred.
Skilled in consolidation/reporting systems (HFM), BI, and planning tools.
Minimum 7 years experience in accounting, controlling, reporting, FP&A, or finance process management.
Ability to convert business processes into financial processes and accounting treatments.
Results‑oriented with a positive attitude and strong analytical skills.
Capability to manage relationships across business units, corporate finance, and IT stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for international, multicultural teams.
