Create test plans for luminaire certification (UL/CSA), validate new features, and ensure interoperability of new components within the product.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas through sketches and engineering drawings.

Methodology Knowledge: Understanding of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies, including practices like standard work, time studies, cause and effect analysis, 5WHY analysis, and other DMAIC tools.

This position requires on-site presence in Decatur, GA, following a hybrid work model.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed. Travel will be within the USA and International.
Experience: 5 years of experience in engineering within the lighting or a related field is preferred.
Manufacturing Knowledge: Some familiarity with manufacturing methods such as stamping, drawing, casting, and extrusion of metals and plastics.
