You will work with market-leading clients and have the backing of a leading international firm.
Liaise with clients and prepare the National Construction Code/Building Code of Australia compliance reports.
Help prepare “Performance Solution” Design reports for non-fire performance solutions
Help assess of building designs against the provisions of the National Construction Code/Building Code of Australia for a range of building classifications.
Collaborate with clients to help upgrade their fire safety measures.

Current Registration as Unrestricted Building Surveyor
Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
Be familiar with the Work Health and Safety requirements for the office and onsite.
Enjoy site visits to view progression and completion of the large projects.
Strong time management and organisation skills.
Post graduate qualification in ‘Building Surveying’ or a similar stream along with relevant industry experience.
Familiar with the construction industry and capable of being accredited as a Building Surveyor (Restricted).
Knowledge of the performance requirements of the BCA
