Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or related field preferred (associate degree with equivalent experience considered).
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Strong understanding of energy systems, design practices, and project delivery methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
At least 6 years supervising technical personnel with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an applicable field or discipline, with strong knowledge of substation and power generation systems.
