What you would be doing

- Review plans and specifications to identify product location and application requirements
- Communicate with homeowners and builders on repair issues to make sure repair/service is to company standards.
- Attend team meetings as scheduled
- Driving to jobsite as first field contact to handle templating and measuring cabinets for countertops with laser template machine.
- Kneeling. Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.
- Communicate with homeowners and builders to verify countertop design details and dimensions for templates.
- Service work including but not limited to working with granite, marble, quartz on such work as seam rework, chips, filling and polishing cracks, remounting sinks, stain removal, re-caulking, etc.
- Follow schedule to arrive to template/service appointments on time.
- Drawing up countertop template for fabrication; adding overhangs, dimensions, seam placements, notes, etc.
- Template using LT-2D3D laser template machinery for cabinets and stud templating.
- Light installation as needed of small tops and or splashes.

- Strong math and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Willingness to learn new skills, communicate effectively and work in a team atmosphere
- The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services, general laborer, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection, etc.).
- Minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to safely drive a vehicle for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Read 20/20 cabinet drawings.
- Field/Project Management onsite experience preferred
- Great communication skills via email, phone, or in person with customers and co-workers
- Understand industry standard practices for countertop installations and designs
- Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of granite, marble, and quartz products
- Working knowledge of fabrication techniques, internet, inventory, project management,
- Reaching. Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Walking. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
- Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Talking. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Technical knowledge of architectural plans and project specifications.
- The worker is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
