Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Description

• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Advise on contractual matters - general and project level
• Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
• Undertaking internal valuations and production of cost reports
• Reporting on budgets and variations

Requirements

• Team player, adaptable & practical
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets.
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar
• Electrical or mechanical contracting experience
• 5 years relevant experience in construction or engineering industries
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly computer literate, can pick up new systems with ease (we use COINS)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly present findings
• Experience on data centre construction projects
