Substation Project Manager

Description

• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage all aspects of complex small‑to‑medium or routine large projects.
• Oversee multiple small‑to‑medium projects concurrently.
• Build and maintain client relationships; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Lead work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet schedule commitments.
• Track project finances and adjust effort to stay within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.

Requirements

• Hold a master’s degree (preferred).
• Possess PMP certification (preferred).
• Have EPC experience (preferred).
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Possess at least 7 years of related experience.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Hold a professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) for the location.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project (Access a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
