The Service Manager will lead a team of heavy‑equipment maintenance technicians at the Jonesboro, AR rental facility, working Monday‑Friday 7 am‑5 pm with possible extended hours and weekend on‑call. Responsibilities include using the T3 platform to manage work orders, track service intervals, order parts, diagnose equipment issues, and supervise mechanics to ensure high‑quality service.

- Coordinate and supervise the performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
- Schedule repairs for customer‑owned and company‑owned rental equipment
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and inform them of new solutions
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Provide employee training, development, and maintain a safe work environment

- Ability to move, stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lb
- Pass a 10‑panel drug screen and background check
