Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist, based in Shuwaikh. The position involves managing and growing client relationships, providing technical solutions tailored to customer needs, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. The role also includes delivering technical support, matching clients with suitable construction material solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge are key components of the position.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting and addressing technical queries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales processes, with the ability to understand and promote technical products.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and resolve inquiries.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the construction materials industry or related fields is a valuable asset.
