Produce minutes and schedules for Design Meetings.
Review submissions as directed for quality and compliance with design standards.
Monitor, track and report on design progress against the project programme.
Monitor, co-ordinate, and manage the design by external designer, as appropriate.
Assist the Design Manager to deliver high quality designs to budget and programme.
Assist the wider engineering team members as required with engineering input.
Build strong working relationships with the design and construction teams and coordinate with themto deliver integrated, buildable and maintainable designs with all deliverables issued on time.
Ensure that the CDE is being utilised correctly by stakeholders.
Update design trackers on an ongoing basis.

Ideally qualified to degree or HND/HNC standard.
Construction/Design Experience.
Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other design-based software such as AutoCAD and TEDDS.
