Development and enhancement of relationships with key clients Management of projects within the acoustics team, to ensure successful delivery of all monitoring, assessments and reports, including technical review and quality control and effectively communicating with clients
Calculation, modelling analysis, reporting and acoustic mitigation treatment for buildings and environmental acoustics.
Work with the Mott MacDonald Leadership Team to grow our offering in Melbourne, including Built Environment acoustic pursuits, and shaping the future of client relationships within the business

Engineering or Science degree qualified in a relevant discipline, post-graduate qualifications will be an advantage. Victorian Engineering Registration (with Business Licence Authority) is preferred.
Proven experience in a consulting environment, including project leadership and management
Experience with acoustics in the built environment (Defence, arts, airports, commercial, defence, education, health, roads and rail infrastructure, stadia, environmental) including gaining approvals, knowledge of standards and regulations
Strong experience with building acoustic modelling software such as EASE and/or Odeon.
Strong analytical problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing and able to engage within a collaborative work environment, with a reputation for delivering high-quality work
