As an HR Business Partner in the Abu Dhabi office, you will champion the Human Excellence pillar of Boskalis’ Corporate Business Plan. The office is building a future‑focused organisation that aims to reach around 500 employees by the end of 2027, supporting projects worldwide. Your role will focus on developing people, strengthening corporate values and enabling high performance.
- Provide proactive HR advice to senior management and departments, aligning people solutions with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, salary reviews, staff planning, performance appraisals, talent management and succession planning.
- Coach and support employees on HR topics to boost engagement, development and performance.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, facilitating change management and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Lead HR programs and projects from initiation to implementation, meeting goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, internal policies and procedures.
- Oversee accurate employee data administration and clear HR communications.
