Tasks

-Manage version control, approval processes, and documentation for all price book updates. -Support new product launches by ensuring pricing and product configurations are loaded accurately and on time. -Provide training or support for internal users accessing or using the price book. -Provide estimates for ad hoc projects, compile, track and submit customer RFQ -Own the creation, update, and maintenance of price books for multiple equipment lines and migration into Salesforce. -Translate technical product specifications into logical, customer-friendly pricing structures. -Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ (if applicable) and other pricing tools. -Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. -Analyze pricing data for trends and provide recommendations for improvements. -Implement and enforce pricing structures and discounting rules across regions and channels. -Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to ensure all product configurations, SKUs, and pricing rules are correctly reflected.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration with CRM platforms. -Experience with large-scale manufacturing product catalogs. -Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. -Proficient in Excel and data management best practices. -Salesforce Administrator or CPQ certification is a plus. -Hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably including Salesforce CPQ. -Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance teams. -3+ years of experience working in manufacturing, pricing operations, or product management. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field. -Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and translate complex equipment specifications into structured pricing formats. -Strong organizational and communication skills.
