The role requires strict adherence to Premier’s safety protocols and quality standards while efficiently fulfilling client orders. Employees will pack, stack, and palletize products, handle housekeeping duties, and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns. They are expected to meet production targets, use proper procedures for specialized tasks such as salt hanging, and maintain accurate documentation in line with cGMP standards.
- Follow Premier’s safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
- Efficiently fill orders to client specifications.
- Pack boxes with correct unit counts and verify quality.
- Stack boxes onto pallets following pattern and identification standards.
- Report mechanical or safety issues promptly to supervisor.
- Meet production output goals for assigned product/process.
- Use correct procedures and tools for salt hanging.
- Perform housekeeping duties (sweeping, debris removal, emptying containers) per 5S initiatives.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance safety and performance.
- Foster strong team communication and respect.
- Participate in cross‑training for flexibility.
- Complete required trainings on schedule.
- Complete paperwork to cGMP standards promptly.
- Represent the company safely and professionally on site and in branded attire.
- Work 12‑hour day shifts Monday‑Thursday.
- Maintain reliable transportation to work.
