As a Garage Coating Install Associate, you will support the installation team by preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying a proprietary polyurea and polyaspartic coating system that outperforms traditional epoxy. You will receive hands‑on and classroom training to develop technical skills and advance toward a Lead Installer position.
- Assist with assembly and installation of custom home organization systems
- Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to assemblies
- Safely handle and transport materials indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Perform surface detailing to meet high‑quality standards
- Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
