As an Area General Manager, you will lead and oversee the operations of multiple resort properties, ensuring exceptional performance and guest experiences. You will direct and support General Managers within your region to deliver seamless service, operational excellence, profitability, and effective Homeowner Association management. In the Sedona market you will be responsible for four unique properties, driving success through leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning.
The role requires balancing the needs of internal and external partners, navigating organizational politics, and aligning diverse interests to meet business goals. You will anticipate future trends, create breakthrough strategies, and translate vision into actionable plans while managing resources and contingency planning. Resilience and effective communication under pressure are essential, as is the ability to turn setbacks into growth opportunities. Building and leveraging a broad network across functions and locations will support you and your team in achieving objectives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring at least seven years of relevant experience, including six years in management or supervisory roles. Success in this position depends on strategic thinking, visionary leadership, and the ability to inspire and align teams with the company’s vision.
