- Demand Forum Outputs (this involves updating action and decision tracker, updating our Portfolio Lists and PPM Tool, creating project repositories, updating roadmaps, confirmation of Demand Forum outcomes to users)
- Supporting on the refresh of all our documentation and our Planning & Delivery improvement roadmap
- Preparation for Demand Forums (supporting individuals in preparation of materials, requesting and updating outstanding actions, managing deadlines, preparing agendas, managing calendars, and ensuring all of the relevant information is ready, presentable and available for pre-read, tracking Inform only points and upcoming pipeline activities)
- Preparation for Portfolio Review Board (involves creating/issuing deck, data quality/quality assurance reviews with the PMs to ensure reporting is relevant)
- Review/quality assurance of all documentation requested for forums
- Support adoption of PMO governance, common set of best practices, principles and templates for a portfolio of projects from idea thorough implementation until transition into service.
- Work across a portfolio of projects, providing governance and assurance.
