Take an active role in the daily running of the Survey Office (e.g. Equipment maintenance, weekly reports etc.)
Maintaining meticulous records and documentation of survey findings, analyses, and progress reports.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols during survey operations.
Schedule, prioritise and undertake daily surveying tasks
Collaborating closely with construction & engineering teams to provide precise setout surveys and support construction activities
Establish and maintain the survey control network for site construction works
Provide technical and administrative assistance to the project team as required
Carry out quality assurance surveys and produce reports/plans and documents as required

BIM / 3D Scanning experience
Well-developed interpersonal, written and communication skills
Advanced knowledge & skilled in CAD /surveying software packages
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Recognised tertiary qualification: Diploma in Engineering Surveying or equivalent formal qualification
5 years’ experience in surveying on infrastructure /large scale project
