Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
Lead the development and delivery of planned maintenance.
Manage the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including boilers, ventilation, water systems, CHP plant and compressors.
Diagnose faults and failures in mechanical services and restore systems quickly to maintain business continuity
Contribute to long-term maintenance planning, risk assessments, and technical documentation

We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled Mechanical Fitter/ Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and planning skills
Significant experience of building services engineering and maintenance management (or equivalent)
Qualified in Mechanical or Plant Maintenance, or Building Services Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of modern mechanical systems and compliance standards
Knowledge of BMS and CAFM systems or similar systems
Full and valid UK driving licence
