Assist in reviewing financing proposals and commitments.
Research lenders and capital providers to understand lending criteria.
Assist with preparing and reviewing financial models, cash flows, valuations, or underwriting analyses.
Collect, analyze, and organize market data, including comparable sales, rents, supply/demand trends, and pipeline activity.
Gather, validate, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in creating and editing market presentations.
Utilize appraisal software tools (Apprise, Enodo, Valcre) to process and analyze data.
Research, draft, and proof offering memorandums (OMs) and broker opinions of value (BOVs).
Clean and preprocess data to ensure valuation accuracy.
Join certified appraisers on property inspections and assist with inspection tasks.
Draft, proof, and assemble client-facing documents, including investment memoranda, appraisal reports, offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, and market presentations.
Monitor deal progress, contingencies, and deadlines to ensure smooth closings.
Support identification and pursuit of new business leads.
Support deal execution or appraisal processes by maintaining files, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating documentation.
Review leases and property documents to assess cash flow stability.
Perform administrative tasks, audits, or other duties to support smooth team operations.
Shadow team members, attend meetings and training, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze multifamily investment opportunities, including existing, value-add, and development projects.
