Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

Additional certifications aligning with the relevant technical field (e.g., BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET, RCDD, etc.)
Demonstrated interest in growing others through regular feedback, career guidance and skills-based mentoring.
Working knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam Revu required.
Team oriented and willingness and ability to function in a highly collaborative environment, in group projects and leading less experienced designers. Ability to work independently as needed.
Minimum 12 years of relevant progressive experience required.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of engineering (i.e.: mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural) preferred. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and adjust to coaching.
High emotional intelligence and ability to lead with empathy and clarity, navigate performance conversations constructively and support team members through challenge and change.
Must be a self-starter, proactive and willing to teach, manage and/or help others as needed.
Must be trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information.
