ERP Systems Manager (Vista)

Description

The senior‑level ERP Systems Manager will own and operate GSI’s construction systems backbone, primarily the Trimble Viewpoint Vista ERP and the B2W suite, ensuring production stability, clean data, disciplined processes, and high adoption across estimating, operations, field, and accounting. Success is measured by production stability, trusted data, repeatable processes, and broad user adoption.

• Lead incident response, vendor escalation, and post‑incident documentation
• Maintain end‑to‑end workflow integrity from job setup to financial close
• Govern Vista configuration, master data, and internal controls
• Establish scalable security roles, permissions, and reference data standards
• Validate integrations, mappings, and data quality for jobs, cost codes, labor, and equipment
• Identify and mitigate data integrity risks proactively
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into requirements, test plans, and releases
• Maintain a prioritized enhancement roadmap aligned to business value
• Lead UAT, cutovers, communications, and post‑release validation
• Deliver training, onboarding, and durable documentation to drive adoption
• Serve as primary escalation point for Trimble Viewpoint Vista and B2W
• Communicate system changes clearly to field and finance teams
• Ownership of production support, incident triage, and vendor management

Requirements

• Own data flows across Salesforce, Zendesk, B2W, and Vista
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in construction
• Senior‑level, hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Trimble Viewpoint Vista ERP
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and cross‑system workflows
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate decisively under time‑critical, high‑pressure conditions
• Hands‑on experience with B2W Estimating, Track, or Project Management (preferred)
• Deep understanding of construction job cost, payroll, and accounting workflows (preferred)
• Salesforce experience supporting CRM‑driven job setup (preferred)
• Comfort with basic SQL and cross‑system data validation (preferred)
• End‑to‑end systems thinker with practical construction workflow knowledge
• Root‑cause problem solver who implements permanent fixes
• Calm, disciplined operator in live production environments
• Clear communicator across field crews, operations leaders, and executives
• Extreme ownership mindset with uncompromising data integrity standards

Benefits

This role is based in Westminster, CO on a hybrid schedule (Tues‑Thurs in‑office) and offers a salary range of $105,000–$125,000 annually, plus benefits. GSI is an equal‑opportunity employer.
