

Provides construction, materials, and infrastructure services to multiple industries.
The electrician performs all work according to OSHA/MSHA and H&K safety policies, installs power supply wiring and conduit for new machines such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers, and connects power supply wires and cables between equipment. They diagnose and test malfunctioning apparatus, replace faulty electrical components and install sensing devices, and plan wiring layouts. The role also requires driving between locations to complete duties and handling other assigned tasks.
Candidates need an associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant electrical field or six months of related experience, a clean driver’s license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret safety and procedure manuals. Technical electrical skills, problem‑solving ability, teamwork, proper use of PPE, and meeting physical requirements are also required. Preferred qualifications include one year of related experience, manufacturing plant experience especially in asphalt or concrete, surface mining, heavy civil or road construction experience, and OSHA/MSHA safety certifications.
The role requires regular standing, walking, climbing, stooping, lifting up to 50 lb, and the use of vision abilities such as close and distance vision. Employees are regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, extreme temperatures, risk of electrical shock, and loud noise; occasional exposure to toxic chemicals may occur.
