Professionally registered with a relevant institution; e.g. CIBSE, IMechE, etc.
Strong sector knowledge relevant to the Cambridge Market, ideally including Higher Education, Science and Technology, decarbonisation and mixed use developments
Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to develop relationships with clients, architects and other team members.
Although mechanically biased it is expected that you will have a good understanding of other design disciplines.
A Bachelor’s degree BEng/BSc or Master’s degree MEng/MSc in a relevant discipline.
