Assist in analysing KPI and stock-keeping data, identifying issues, and preparing reports for resolution and action
Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer service and safety
Manage stocktake / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
Accountable for a continuous improvement at the site
Picking & Packing customer orders
Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
Requirements

Microsoft Suite experience is essential
HR license is highly desirable
Valid Police Check
Successful completion of pre-employment medical
Forklift license
Ability to work Monday-Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm (occasional overtime)
Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable
Prior experience in a supervisor role
