Description

• Practice safe work habits and follow all OSHA regulations.
• Produce quality products in a team environment while meeting productivity goals.
• Protect and maintain company assets, report needed maintenance, and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Assist the Team Leader and Area Coordinator by communicating material shortages, tool maintenance needs, and any quality or productivity issues.
• Meet attendance requirements and be ready for shift start times.

Requirements

• Be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lb and perform other physical duties.
• Communicate efficiently and clearly with team members.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is highly desired.
