  • Lead and coordinate a team of network engineers to deliver high-quality network solutions and services.
  • Respond to ad hoc customer requests and provide technical expertise across multiple office locations.

  • Oversee the construction and accreditation of secure facilities (e.g., SCIFs) to meet customer requirements.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing small teams and delivering technical projects.
  • Experience with long-haul network engineering and tuning.
  • Proven expertise in secure communications design, implementation, and support, including experience with encryptors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders and customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with the design and accreditation of secure facilities (e.g., SCIFs).
  • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and protocol analysis.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level network management tools and software.
  • Experience as a COMSEC account custodian or similar role managing secure communications equipment.
  • Knowledge of non-attributable voice and data communications systems.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certifications.
  • 15+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in Cisco routing and switching.
