  • Operational Oversight & Project Excellence: Manage the full lifecycle of mitigation projects - from emergency response to final documentation - ensuring timely, high - quality execution in line with IICRC standards and SRG protocols.
  • Financial & Strategic Performance Oversee departmental performance, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and profitability. Use data to drive decisions and ensure we meet financial goals.
  • Customer Experience & Communication Support Project Managers in delivering an excellent customer experience during times of crisis. Ensure customers are informed, cared for, and confident in the restoration process.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Set clear expectations, coach for growth, and hold team members accountable. Equip technicians and project managers to serve customers with skill, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Emergency Response Readiness Coordinate and support after - hours and catastrophe (CAT) event response efforts. Ensure readiness across team resources, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Systems & Documentation Model excellence in using business systems such as PSA, Xactimate, and Concur. Ensure all documentation is complete, timely, and aligned with internal standards.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • 3+ years of team management experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction
  • Experience leading emergency response efforts and managing CAT events
  • Strong knowledge of water/fire/mold mitigation processes and tools
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical
  • Tech - savvy with job management systems (e.g., PSA, Xactimate, Xactanalysis)
  • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision - making
  • IICRC WRT certification required; additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CDS) preferred
  • Clear Communicators: You build trust through honest, compassionate, and effective communication.
  • Adaptable Under Pressure: You remain calm and focused when emergencies hit - and you help others do the same.
