- Move and handle materials safely throughout the production floor
- Operate and monitor machinery to support daily production goals
- Set up machines with correct specs and materials based on work orders
- Inspect materials and parts to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Accurately package finished products for the next stage of production
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report mechanical issues

- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- Forklift certification is a plus (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and be active throughout the shift
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person
