Generate growth through the combination of leveraging CS3 Nashville’s existing customer relationships and developing sustainable growth through the acquisition of new customers.
Build and Maintain long-lasting client relationships with prospects within the assigned territory.
Generate leads through prospecting and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business.
Manage day-to-day operations of the CS3 Nashville Branch Controls Division.
Track billing for customer projects and service calls.
Cold call potential clients according to the assigned metrics and respond to inside sales leads.
Anticipate and discuss client needs and facilitate solutions.
Establish new accounts by forecasting sales, researching, setting appointments, and presenting with the intent to persuade customer stakeholders of CS3’s solutions and offerings.

Building Automation and Controls Industry Sales and Management experience is a requirement.
Must be willing to learn CS3’s various product lines and attend both virtual and in-person training courses to assist with this.
Must be willing to drive within 120 miles of Nashville, TN.
Building Automation and Controls Industry Technical experience is helpful.
Strong presentation, organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to assign priorities to tasks.
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Customer Service: Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions.
Familiarity with Tridium Niagara 4 is helpful.
High School Diploma / GED
Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365 CRM preferred.
5+ years of experience in a competitive environment with a track record of success in exceeding goals
Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
