Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Tie workflow to schedule
Bring to the attention of the Service Manager any shop tools or equipment that is not in a serviceable condition or unsafe to use
Communicates with coworkers
Operate equipment in a safe manner
Performs routine equipment clean-up and upkeep as well as safety review and pre-delivery inspections
Maintains tools in good working order per MSHA and OSHA regulations Completes basic computer tasks including completing work orders, looking up parts, and communicating via email
Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions and adjusts heavy equipment as required and completes all paperwork on the equipment to which the individual is assigned
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Participate in all training programs directed by Service Manager
Troubleshoots and diagnoses all types of equipment to ensure proper working condition on the job site or in the shop

Environment is consistent with heavy equipment yard and shop

Must have own tools
Minimal travel required. Only required for factory sponsored training
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
