Collaborate with other Regional Business Analysts (RBAs) to manage project costing, ensure accurate allocation of costs, and revenue recognition process.
Actively support and lead ERP migration planning and implementation.
Complete special projects and travel as requested.
Support internal and external audits with schedules, reports, and analyses.
Complete necessary month-end journal entries for projects, including but not limited to revenue recognition and cost adjustments.
Directly support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including roll-ups, consolidations, and supporting schedules.
Partner with Operations’ management to validate actuals and provide financial insights for project performance.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow across multiple regions and offices.
Support and mature the FP&A function for the business unit across all regions and offices.
Drive process improvements in forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
Support pricing strategies, resource allocation, and overhead application.
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and standards for all projects.
Develop and maintain weekly KPIs: Financial and operating metrics to ensure execution.
Support SOX internal control testing and compliance monitoring.
Lead special projects and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership.
Perform detailed analysis of project margins, cost drivers, and revenue trends.
Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP and corporate requirements.
Utilize advanced Excel and ERP tools (currently Deltek CostPoint, upgrading within 1–2 years) for modeling and reporting.
Partner with senior managers to provide financial analysis and identify profit drivers.

Supervision/management experience preferred—including leadership and mentorship of team members.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial analyst role required.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Onestream and ERP systems (Costpoint, future ERP).
Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to mentor junior analysts while remaining hands-on.
Strong understanding of US-GAAP, financial reporting, and FP&A principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
