Answer incoming phone calls and process new reservations efficiently.
Participate in a fun and supportive working environment where team members aspire to do what is right and are given the empowerment to execute
Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain guest security through proper handling of room keys and personal information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing operational tasks such as maintaining files and preparing the system for the next day.
Live the corporate culture, personifying it in daily interactions with both guests and team members
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Perform night audit duties, including balancing revenue and settlement accounts.
Ensure accuracy in daily transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
Meet guests from around the world in a fast-paced, forward-thinking space
Welcome, greet, and assist guests, including performing check-in and check-out procedures.

Light Speed PMS experience is an asset.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
