Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts.
Practices continual process improvement and sourcing best practices to enhance service delivery to customers.
Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning.
Ensure that customers (hiring managers) know their needs are recognized and services are being provided as quickly as possible.
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and college visits.

Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency - Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral direction(s) to project personnel.
Able to preserve confidential information; self-sufficient problem solver; work with little or no supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum of three (3) years’ successful experience sourcing and recruiting talent for technical, administrative and management positions.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
Extended periods of sitting, computer use, talking and possibly standing.
Exhibits professional negotiation techniques and skills for salary negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and build relationships.
Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help to create, develop and implement process improvement(s).
Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
Regular attendance is mandatory.
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize and organize multiple activities to meet hiring managers’ demands.
Must be able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Ability to travel locally to Talent Acquisition opportunities.
