- Support the development of design standards, checklists, and resources.

- Minimum of 40 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
- Strong 3D rendering skills for presentations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Alberta Building Code/British Columbia Building Code/National Building Code
- Experience in designing commercial, industrial, office, agricultural, and multi-residential projects
- Related experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Architectural Technology diploma or equivalent
- Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
- An understanding of precast concrete construction
- Demonstrate leadership daily, mentoring technologists and fostering collaboration.
