Produce coordinated detailed design specifications
Manage project resources, client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client’s best interests and comply with current legislation and codes
Guide graduates and other junior engineers through their professional development
Communicate directly with clients and maintain client relationships
Lead the design and technical specifications of plumbing and fire protection systems, ensuring quality output

Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Experience using Revit, Bluebeam, and BIM360.
Ability to review and analyze codes and standards.
Membership in ASPE or ISPE, with Certified Plumbing Designer and LEED AP accreditation desirable.
8+ years of plumbing and fire protection engineering experience.
Relevant bachelor or master degree.

Benefits

Salary range of $105,000 to $150,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
