∙ Track and input project leads, bids, activities and KPIs using the company CRM
∙ Educate stakeholders on product applicability and align design intent with RedBuilt™ offerings
Technical Sales Representatives live and work in their assigned region, championing RedBuilt™’s products across the AEC (Architects, Engineers, Contractors) community in the commercial construction market. You’ll develop long-term relationships, influence project specifications, and support structural framing solutions from concept through completion.
∙ Represent RedBuilt™ at industry associations, meetings, and trade shows
∙ Specify efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers
∙ Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity
∙ Develop framing concepts, prepare bids, and negotiate project contracts
∙ Conduct lunch-and-learns and product presentations for design and construction professionals
∙ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
∙ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business field. Experience commensurate with these fields will be considered.
∙ Willingness to travel within the territory and engage with the local AEC community
∙ Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
∙ Proven ability to read blueprints and design structural framing concepts
∙ Deep knowledge of construction industry practices and engineered wood systems
