Inside Sales Customer Service Coordinator

Description

• Occasional movement within the office to access files and office machinery
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases
• Use company computer systems for order entry
• Ensure over-the-phone, face-to-face, and/or written communications with customers represent the company’s culture, values, and practices
• Ascertain when to pass customer questions to appropriate sales staff for additional product and sales information
• Ensure the showroom is clean and properly stocked
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales
• Take orders at the sales counter and/or over the phone
• Greet customers warmly and determine problems, orders, or other reasons for calling

• Ability to operate basic office machinery
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers and customers

• Ability to receive and analyze information
• Bilingual a plus
• Team player with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate solutions quickly when problems occur
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Exceptional computer skills
• Ability to manage stress related to deadlines and ongoing projects
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative
• Ability to remain in a stationary position in an office environment approximately 70% of the time
