
● Partnerships: Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to identify and pursue technology and business partnerships, and work with the Legal team to execute partnership agreements.
● Program Management & Leadership: Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects across Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
● Fundraising & Investor Relations: Drive due diligence processes, and prepare investor updates, presentations, and reports.
● Innovation & Growth: Pilot, structure, and scale new initiatives across geographies and verticals.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams in Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to develop, implement, and optimize key processes and programs.
● Advisory & Insights: Provide strategic insights, manage key initiatives, and advise the Founders on critical strategic and operational matters.
● Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the Founders to define key business priorities, strategic roadmaps, and OKRs, and ensure their effective implementation.
The Founder’s Office is the strategic nerve center of Solinas. Working directly with the leadership team, you will lead special projects across functions, manage investor relations, and drive fundraising activities while coordinating with legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You will also enable operational excellence across the organization.
● Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams.
● Organizational Skills: Able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
● Business Acumen: Strong grasp of strategy and ability to translate goals into actionable execution.
● Experience: 2–4 years in a Founder’s Office or Program management role preferably in a high-growth hardware/deep-tech startup.
