Requirements

• Handy Skills: Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).
• Maintenance Skills: Apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
• Safety Commitment: Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
• Eager to Learn: Willingness to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments, where applicable.
• Precision: Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
