As an integral part of the project team, you proactively report to the project team and the client about the status of incoming and outgoing documents.
You actively identify problems and bottlenecks with regard to both the documents and the functioning of the DMS.
You act as the first point of contact for multiple project teams, the customer and subcontractor with questions about the document management system (DMS) and the project documentation.
Within the project team, you bear ownership of the DMS and instruct the parties involved in its use.
You are responsible for registering and processing project documentation and distribution to the customer and external parties.

Knowledge of Document Management Systems and MS Office applications (Excel, SharePoint).
