Submitting incentive applications on behalf of program participants.
Be able to maintain a schedule for consistent follow-up communication with local power companies, trade allies and end-use customers.

Ability to effectively work across multiple internal functions (engineering, marketing, operations)
Must have the ability to quickly learn multiple program rules and requirements, and be able to adapt programmatic changes.
Able to travel by car daily within assigned territory.
Ability reach and monitor performance metrics/KPIs to support program goals.
Strong customer service skills to include highly effective communication in person, over email, and over the phone.
Possess a valid driver-s license with clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
6+ years of related experience.
Bachelor-s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Familiarity/knowledge of electrical energy efficiency core technology areas such as HVAC, lighting, controls, compressed air/etc.
Required to learn and use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or a similar system to effectively track business development activities.
Proficiency with computer and mobile technology devices.
Resident of (insert region) or general surrounding region required. Must reside within the TVA footprint.
Excellent time management skills including the ability to monitor and manage efficiency project progress while seeking additional opportunities for new or repeat customers.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with program participants and market partners.
