Optimize sales processes using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) to monitor KPIs such as daily call volumes and audit conversions, while reducing site visits through virtual assessments.
Conduct needs assessments, deliver customized proposals emphasizing 100% financing options, and secure contracts with clear ROI projections (e.g., payback in under three years based on 105 units/KW/month generation).
Identify and qualify leads through digital marketing, partnerships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and targeted outreach, achieving a minimum 20% conversion rate.
Develop and lead a sales team (initially 4-6 members) to achieve monthly targets of 80-100 KW in key Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, including Noida, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or an MBA; excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; based in or near Noida, with flexibility for pan-India travel.
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in residential solar sales, preferably with firms like Loom Solar or Freyr Energy, including a demonstrated history of closing 200+ KW annually.
Strong proficiency in subsidy navigation (e.g., PM Surya Ghar) and sales methodologies; familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
